SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping to an Australian address

All orders to an Australian address are sent for a flat rate, which is calculated at the shopping cart. Orders are sent by Australia Post and can be sent to physical addresses only (work, private and rural) Not PO Boxes.

Standard delivery time is 5-10 working days

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and delivered Monday to Friday. This is a non-signature required service so your order will be left at your door if you are not home to receive it. Orders placed after 9am will be sent in the next dispatch cycle. Please note that at Christmas Time and some public holidays, shipping times may vary.

*Armadillo and Co. products are subject to separate Shipping and Returns policies, please read our terms closely to ensure you understand our procedures.

International shipping

We are eager to provide international shipping to our Tigeroy Members as soon as we possibly can, in the mean time please call 0488 765 310 or email hello@tigeroy.com and we will assist you with shipping options unique to you. Please note large, fragile or bulky items can be pricey on shipping costs. Sorry for any inconvenience and many thanks for understanding as we set up our Shipping processes.

 

Change of mind on goods

If you simply change your mind exchange/returns are at the discretion of Tigeroy. We can offer exchange or issue an online/in store credit within 14 days of receipt. Please call us on 0488 765 310 or email us at hello@tigeroy.com before returning goods for the return to be authorised. If authorised, when returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as Tigeroy will not be held responsible for any items which go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to Tigeroy. If your request to exchange/return an item is approved you must return the product in it's original, resalable condition including the packaging and hang tags within 2 days of receipt of authorisation. We will need a copy of your receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Tigeroy immediately on 0488 765 310. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Tigeroy.

 

Please note Sale items are final. All products are carefully packed to endure reasonable handling through the delivery process. We are not responsible for damage resulting from abnormal or extreme delivery conditions.

 

Damaged or faulty goods

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please call us on 0488 765 310 or email us at hello@tigeroy.com to organise for the item to be returned, and a replacement organised. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days and notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt. We will credit your return using the same method of payment but excluding the incurred freight charges.

If you receive goods in error please contact us to arrange return at our expense.
